TRENTHAM LIVE 2023 made its much-anticipated return over the past weekend, delivering an unforgettable experience that brought together music enthusiasts and families alike. From Wednesday, August 16 to Sunday, August 20, Trentham played host to a remarkable series of shows, uniting audiences for the third consecutive year.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the 725-acre Trentham grounds, overlooking the iconic lake, the open-air event featured four distinct shows. The line up included notable artists such as Chase & Status, Kaiser Chiefs, Olly Murs, Feeder, Jake Bugg and Natalie Imbruglia.

With an impressive turnout of over 20,000 visitors, the show achieved remarkable success as attendees fully embraced the vibrant atmosphere and British weather. The event received incredible feedback this year, which can be attributed to strategic adjustments that were made based on attendee preferences. These thoughtful changes culminated in an experience that ensured accessibility and enjoyment for all participants.

Kerrie Pope, Head of Events at Trentham said: " Staging large events is no mean feat, but this year the team outdid themselves! What sets Trentham apart is the diversity of music that caters to everyone's tastes. This year we’ve been working really hard to go above and beyond to provide a safe music environment and we’re so pleased that many families chose Trentham Live as the first introduction to a live music event for their children. It's truly an honour!”

And it wasn't just the visitors who brought their children. The family-friendly atmosphere extended to the artists as well. Notably, Tom Fletcher from McFly and Danny Jones included their children, Buzz and Cooper, respectively, in their performances on stage. Olly Murs also shared pictures of himself backstage with his best friend's child, who experienced their first festival at Trentham Live.

Senior Director of Trentham, Alastair Budd, added: “I’m thrilled that thousands of visitors chose Trentham Live to make memories this summer. Our dedicated team worked tirelessly to bring these headliners' performances to life, and the results were outstanding. We are already working behind the scenes on the Trentham Live 2024 line up and we can’t wait to share the news!  We’ve just announced the first two dates for next year which are Saturday 17th August and Sunday 18th August 2024!”
