V&A Wedgwood Collection Museum Late: Holocaust Memorial Day 2023
World of Wedgwood – 27 January
How would you act if on an ordinary morning you received a hand-written letter from a child asking you to save their life?
What would you do if you received a letter from a refugee asking for employment which would allow them a passage to safety?
To commemorate Holocaust Memorial Day 2023, the V&A Wedgwood Collection are hosting an event to share such stories, of Wedgwood people who helped those fleeing Nazi persecution between 1933-1945. These stories connect to this year's theme 'Ordinary People'; the ordinary people who were persecuted, and the ordinary people who were devoted to helping them.
