Spode Museum

The Spode Museum, still on the original factory site displays Spode ceramics, artefacts and history; exhibits contemporary art and crafts and demonstrates ceramics technology. Home to the Blue Room collection of transferware. The museum welcomes visitors and audiences from local communities, tourists, ceramics collectors, enthusiasts, researchers and historians. The museum runs schools, community and well-being events and workshops and is a resource for contemporary artists. The Little Vintage Tea Shop is located by our large retail shop. The museum also has a variety of rooms to hire for meetings, events or weddings.
