Discover a fascinating glimpse behind the scenes at the Emma Bridgewater factory, giving you a genuine insight into the work that goes into producing the beautiful pieces.


The Emma Bridgewater factory lies in the heart of the historic Stoke Potteries region, in a sunny Victorian factory on the banks of the Caldon Canal.

Join us on a factory tour, try your hand at decorating a piece of your very own unique pottery, relax for lunch in our beautiful kitchen, or enjoy an afternoon in the garden behind the factory.

We’ve got a gorgeous factory shop, full of your favourite pieces and a lovely gift shop selling our newest designs.

Factory Tours £2.50 (Children 16 and under free) cost of ticket redeemable against any purchase in our shops (excludes café and decorating studio purchases).

From the M6, exit at junction 15 or 16. Then come off the A500 at Stoke and onto the A52 Leek Road. Lichfield Street is on the A50 near The City Centre.
