If it is fun for all the family that you are looking for, a trip to the Trentham Estate provides for all tastes and interests. The UK´s most exciting garden and parkland restoration project includes the country?s only Monkey Forest, a Shopping Village with over 70 retail stores, Observation Wheel and the breathtaking Italian Gardens. There is an adventure playground, maze and brand new for 2009 a beautiful tearoom to sit and relax in. For other fun and entertainment then try Waterworld, the tropical waterpark on Festival Park, AltonTowers is only a short drive away so is walking in the Peak District national park or National Trust properties such as Shugborough Estate or other gardens at Biddulph Grange, Dorothy Clive and Stapeley Water Gardens.

The Staffordshire Hoard , which was exhibited at the Potteries Museum & Art Gallery, Stoke-on-Trent until 7th March received in excess of 50,000 visitors. The Staffordshire Hoard is officially the most valuable treasure ever found. Please don't forget to donate to keep the Hoard here. 59 items will be on display from 13th March to 18th April.
