Gladstone Pottery Museum, The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery and Ford Green Hall all have a full and varied programme of events to enjoy. Whilst Trentham Esate has some great summer events including jazz, a music festival, behind the scenes garden tours and Shakespeare in the Italian gardens. There are some great Christmas events at Shugborough and Gladstone Pottery Museum and some of the factory shops offer big sales throughout the year. Most attractions have their own events programmes and diaries throughout the year doing different activities especially in the school holidays. So when the kids get bored at home during the school holidays you know there will be something fun and interesting to do in Stoke-on-Trent.

Staffordshire Hoard

The Staffordshire Hoard , which was exhibited at the Potteries Museum & Art Gallery, Stoke-on-Trent until 7th March received in excess of 50,000 visitors. The Staffordshire Hoard is officially the most valuable treasure ever found. Please don't forget to donate to keep the Hoard here. 59 items will be on display from 13th March to 18th April.
