Sun 6 May RSPB International Dawn Chorus Day

Celebrate International Dawn Chorus day with the RSPB on Sunday 6 May with an early morning guided walk around the beautiful Churnet Valley and Bellpit Meadows. Enjoy the sounds of nature in harmony with the rising sun. Early risers will be treated to one of Britain’s greatest and most celebrated wildlife experiences – the magical dawn chorus.
Our friendly expert Warden, Paul Bennett, will lead you through the Churnet Valley at a leisurely pace, soaking up the spendour of an English dawn chorus. This guided walk will include a visit to Bellpit Meadows, recently acquired thanks to generous funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
